Delete your account in the app

The quickest way to delete your Longevity Quantified account is in the app, on iPhone or Android:

• Open the Longevity Quantified app and sign in
• Go to Settings, then Account
• Tap Delete Account and confirm

Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have the app or can’t sign in, email dev@longevityquantified.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”.

If you can’t email from that address (for example, you signed in with Apple and chose to hide your email), tell us the name on the account and we’ll confirm it’s yours before deleting anything. We reply to confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What we delete

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your account and sign-in details: name, email address, password, and any Google or Apple sign-in linked to it
• Your profile, including age, height, and weight if you added them
• Your posture history, calibration, and goals
• Your Power workout sessions, including rep counts and muscle and movement data
• Puck names and notification settings saved to your account
• Usage analytics linked to your account

What we keep

Deletion can’t be undone, and we don’t keep your app data afterwards. The only exception is records the law requires us to keep, such as order and payment records if you bought a Puck from us, which we keep only as long as required.
