Our Story

Built by people who needed it.

Why Longevity Quantified exists, what we're building, and who's building it.

Longevity Quantified is a wearable EMG (electromyography) company that shows athletes, coaches, and everyday people which muscles are actually doing the work - in real time, on a single device called the Muscle Puck.

Our Vision

A world where you don't have to guess what your body is doing.

For as long as wearables have existed, they've told us how much we moved - steps, reps, minutes. They've never told us what actually happened inside the muscle that made that movement possible. We believe that gap is the single biggest blind spot in how people train, recover, and understand their own bodies.

Our vision is a future where muscle-level data is as normal and accessible as a step count is today - where athletes, coaches, and everyday people can see the signal behind the movement, not just the movement itself.

Why We're Building This

Because the gap between effort and outcome was invisible.

Our founder, Indira Negi, spent 15 years bringing first-of-their-kind sensing products to market - Intel's first wearable, AliveCor's first portable 12-lead ECG, and the medical-devices & AI investment team she founded at the Gates Foundation. Everywhere, she saw the same gap: clinical-grade sensing exists in hospitals and labs, but almost never reaches the people who could use it every day.

The tools to see this already existed - surface EMG has been used in labs and clinics for decades. But it lived behind gel electrodes, bulky amplifiers, and technicians trained to operate it. It had never been built for someone to wear during a normal training session, or a normal workday. Longevity Quantified - and the Muscle Puck - is her answer to that gap.

What Longevity Quantified Does

One Puck. Four ways to use it.

Every plan starts with the Muscle Puck - $189, yours to keep. Then choose how much you want it to do.

Free · Essential

Everyday awareness

Live muscle activation map, basic effort scoring, posture monitoring with haptic nudges, and a daily session summary. Free forever after the one-time $189 Puck.

$9/mo · Performance

Serious training

Everything in Essential, plus video replay synced with EMG, fatigue detection, left-right symmetry, true rep counting, and session history and trends.

$39/mo · Precision

Full-body tracking

Everything in Performance, plus connecting multiple Pucks at once, cross-muscle comparison, and full-body symmetry and load distribution.

Custom · Organizations

Teams & programs

We're already testing with pitchers on an MLB team, an NCAA gymnastics program, and coaches of U.S. national-team athletes. We build the deployment around your sport.

What Makes Longevity Quantified Different

Not another motion sensor.

01

Muscle signal, not motion guesswork

Most wearables infer effort from movement - accelerometers and gyroscopes. The Puck reads the electrical signal from the muscle itself, using the same surface EMG (sEMG) methodology used in biomechanics research, not movement heuristics.

02

Lab-grade science, built to be worn

Surface EMG has existed in labs for decades, but always behind gel electrodes and a trained technician. The Puck is one device you clip on yourself in under a minute - no lab, no technician.

03

Synced to video, down to the rep

Performance and Precision sync EMG data directly to video, so a coach or athlete can scrub to any single rep and see exactly which muscles fired, when, and how hard - not just a score after the fact.

04

Free at the core, no required subscription

The Puck is a single $189 purchase. Essential - live muscle mapping, effort scoring, and posture nudges - is free, forever, with no subscription required to use the hardware.

05

Already trusted where it counts

FCC cleared, and already in testing with an MLB pitching staff, a top NCAA gymnastics program, and coaches of U.S. national-team athletes - not a render, a device real programs are using now.

Who Uses Longevity Quantified

Built for anyone who needs to see the muscle, not just the movement.

The Team Behind Longevity Quantified

The people building Longevity Quantified.

Indira Negi
"Most wearables tell you that you moved. We tell you which muscles moved - and whether they did their job."

Indira Negi

Founder & CEO, Longevity Quantified

Indira Negi has spent 15 years bringing first-of-their-kind sensing products to market: Intel's first wearable - the first heart-rate-in-headphones product on the market - AliveCor's first portable 12-lead ECG, and the medical devices & AI investment team she founded at the Gates Foundation.

Everywhere, she saw the same gap: clinical-grade sensing exists in hospitals, but almost never reaches the people who could use it every day. Longevity Quantified is her answer - starting with muscle.

Avi Mehta

Avi Mehta

Head of Software

Avi spent close to 15 years at Google, most recently as a Staff Software Engineer on the Analytics team, where he helped build analytics.js and amp-analytics - measurement code that runs across a meaningful share of the internet and processes over 100 billion data points a day. He leads software at Longevity Quantified, bringing that same rigor for shipping resilient, planet-scale systems to muscle-level EMG data.

WeiJun Wang

WeiJun Wang

Head of Mechanical and Manufacturing

WeiJun has spent over a decade turning ambitious hardware into manufacturable products - designing camera and conferencing hardware at Logitech, and acoustic electronics like headphones and earbuds at scale for global manufacturers. He leads mechanical engineering and manufacturing at Longevity Quantified, applying that same design-for-manufacturing discipline to a wearable precise enough for lab-grade EMG.

Mike Rosen

Mike Rosen

Head of Firmware

Mike spent seven years as an embedded systems engineer at Intel, building firmware across wearables, location services, drones, and on-device machine learning - including leading firmware for the athlete-tracking sensor modules used at X Games Austin. He leads firmware at Longevity Quantified, engineering the low-level systems that make the Puck reliable enough to trust mid-rep.

Daksh Verma

Daksh Verma

Software Engineer

Daksh is a full-stack and cloud engineer with hands-on experience across Node.js, Python, and Kubernetes, and an AWS Certified Developer credential to back it up. As a software engineer at Longevity Quantified, he helps build the app and cloud infrastructure that turns raw EMG signal into muscle maps, effort scores, and fatigue predictions in real time.

Same team, same company. Longevity Quantified is the company behind Confident Pose, our earlier posture-tracking wearable. The Muscle Puck and this rebrand carry the same clinical-grade sensing approach forward - from posture into full muscle intelligence.
How Longevity Quantified Works
